Recipe #1 - Spicy Potato Egg Salad
Ingredients and procedure
- 2 pounds of potatoes of your potato of choice.
- Add water and bring to boil, once boiling put it to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the potatoes and let it cool down.
- In the same water, add 10 eggs and boil for 13 minutes. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to a bowl of water with ice.
- Peel off the skin of the potatoes and cut into small cubes
- Remove the eggshell and separate the egg yolks. Save the egg yolks later for the dressing.
- Cut the egg white into small pieces and mix it with the potatoes.
- Add ½ cup of celery.
- Add ½ cup of diced red onion.
- Add ½ cup of diced pickles and jalapenos.
For the sauce/dressing
- Smash the egg yolk.
- Add 1 cup of mayonnaise.
- Add ¼ cup of sour cream.
- Add ¼ cup of yellow mustard.
- Add ¼ cup of our jalapeno juice.
- Add some spices like black pepper, paprika, garlic salt.
- Add chopped dill.
- Mix all together in a big bowl.
- Now, in a big bowl, mix all together. Taste it and adjust the salt according to your liking.
- Allow your potato egg salad to chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.
- This recipe can be served on special occasions or can be served for the family to enjoy!
Recipe #2 - Air Fried Pickle Spears
Panko Mixture
- 1 ½ Cups of Panko
- Combine Panko mix with
- ⅓ Cup of fresh minced Dill
- ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp Paprika
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne Powder
- 8-10 pieces of spicy pickle spears
Egg batter mixture
- Two eggs
- ¼ Tsp salt
- ¼ Tsp black pepper
Procedure
- Coat the Pickle spears with all purpose flour, the dip it to the egg batter mixture.
- Lastly, coat the pickle spears with the panko mixture. Let it set for 5 minutes.
- Then, put the coated pickle spears in the Air Fryer at 400F for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Spears can be enjoyed with Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing.
- Or any of your personal dipping sauces.
Recipe #3 - Chips and Jalapenos
Jalapenos are always great on Nachos, and we put a new twist on Jalapenos and chips. Whenever we sample our Jalapenos at Fairs, Street scenes or promotional outings at new supermarkets . We slice our Jalapenos, add cream cheese to a nacho chip for free samples.
Recipe #4 - Jalapeno Giardiniera
Our Jalapenos can easily be made into a Giardiniera. Everything in our jar of jalapenos can be eaten. Garlic, Carrots and Onions. Only a food processor is needed. Mince the garlic, carrots and onion first and then mince the Jalapenos separately. Mince lightly to prevent it from turning into a puree. Then mix it all together, you can add salt according to your desired taste.
